TSE can supply replacement equipment such as trays, distributors, packing etc. As either a pre-shutdown supply package or on an emergency basis during actual shutdowns. TSE has retained fabrication capacity in both main land Europe and the UK for super quick manufacture of any type of distillation equipment. This service is a great assistance when column inspection reveal unforeseen problems ( tray damage, corrosion etc.) and emergency replacement is required. TSE will co-ordinate the whole replacement procedure including production of manufacturing drawings and delivery.

Tray Hardware
TSE can supply all kinds of Hardware (tray fasteners) for all types of internals. During the shutdown period a trailer will be provided with all of the key hardware items contained within the pre-determined inventory check taken from the installation drawings.

Following tower inspections and identification of the hardware requirements any necessary replacement hardware items are drawn from the trailer and identified via a pre- arranged requisition procedure to recognise exactly what has been utilised.

Upon completion the Hardware usage is totalled and invoiced to the client. Unused spares are returned to TSE stores on a no-sale basis. Major Items such as trays can be provided within 24 hours.
