Our Mission is to provide an exceptional standard of services and expertise linked to the very best practices regarding safety of our personnel and those working with them. We recognize that there will always be an element of risk associated with the type of work that we perform.
By being realistic in our recognition of risk we can be in pole position to prevent possible accidents by understanding where the hazards await. Our desire is to work in partnership with our clients to indentify all of the risks and ensure every possible precaution and action is taken to maintain a safe workplace for the entire workforce.
All our management and labour force is extensively trained and certified. As the company
is subject to regular safety audits under the T.U.V. S.C.C.* (Safety Certificate Contractors) Certificate of approval requirements.
Safety Management
Creation and implementation of a Site Specific Safety plan per project:
- Pre-contract TSE safety induction, training, instruction.
- Method statements and risk assessments provide for all tasks.
- Specialist tasks identified and planned for.
- Specialist Safety equipment made available when required.
- Continual monitoring of the safety system by the Management/supervisory team as well by the Company safety officer.
- Effective reporting of accidents, injuries and near miss incidents.
- Prompt action to prevent re-occurrence following accidents etc.
- Regular Tool Box Talks, held on-site.
- Regular working area inspections held on site.
- An active role taking at site safety meetings, ensuring co-ordination between fellow contracting companies and client.
- Site safety audits carried out on a regular basis.
- Continual review of contractor performance, including individual assessments by the supervisory team.
