It is the policy of TSE to continually monitor the performance of its Supervision and Manpower. Selection of individuals to work for TSE is based upon their industry experience. However, we are aware of a growing skills shortage in the engineering sector. TSE encourages the introduction of young workers who are provided with both internal and external third party training courses. These men are gradually introduced into the workforce alongside experienced men thus ensuring we have an ongoing and expanding manpower database.

- Confined space training in the TSE training tower
- Confined space awareness training course
- Working at heights course
- Rigging and Slinging course
- Spading course
- Fork lift truck driving
- Breathing Apparatus training
- Man-Hole watch standby training

Certification
All of our workforce are certified to work in the country of origin. The Dutch workforce have the safety passports VVA-1 & VVA-2 (VOL). The UK workforce hold CCNSG passports.
